  • Application means the software program provide by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named Tile Solutions.
  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Tile Solutions, 110 Brunel Road.
  • Country refers to: Ontario, Canada
  • Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a smartphone or a digital tablet.

If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parent consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.
